The history of T.H. Oliver is a story of firsts. It is the story of the first service technician in Aurora and of the founding of the first and oldest technical service organization in York Region. The organization dates back to 1923 and has continued to serve the community in the various fields of air conditioning, heating, and indoor air quality sales and service.

T.H.Oliver came under new ownership in December of 2000. Now family owned and operated by Steven Desjardins and his wife Elise Desjardins, T.H. Oliver will continue to offer its unique service to the community for years to come honouring the wish of its founder. Steven Desjardins is proud of the level of performance the staff of installers and fully licensed technicians provide to their customers.
